RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns
We want you to love your gear. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Holiday Gift Returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31 of the following year.

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@peaktrail.store with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps for your return. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If a return shipment is required for a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery at support@peaktrail.store with your order number and a photo of the item. You can choose either a full refund or a free replacement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the item you have and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Bundles
Bundles, such as the Camp Night Kit, must be returned complete, with all items included, for a full refund.

Items That Can't Be Returned
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@peaktrail.store.
